A complete range of Motorcycle Transmission chains and Engine timing chain are offered by OMOTO. Transmission chains are available in Standard, Reinforced/Professional and Sports/O-ring types.
OMOTO Chains are manufactured from high quality steel under strict quality control to ensure superior quality.
Plates: Manufactured from Alloy Steel (High Carbon Steel), to achieve high compressive, tensile strength and corrosion resistance. Plates are heat treated & shot peening hardened. The carbon content of steel gives OMOTO chains maximum hardness and manganese content impart added strength and durability.

Pins: Manufactured from CrMo steel for high corrosion and wear resistance to exceed functional requirements. This is achieved by presence of Chrome and Molybdenum in such steel grade. Pins are heat treated for in-depth hardenability and fine grounded in order to give better finish and ensure minimal friction with roller.
Rollers: Manufactured from Medium Carbon Steel for High Hardness and Strength.
